What is Click and Collect?

We’re trialling Click and Collect in 57 stores across the North West of England, Yorkshire, North Wales and London.

You can order selected items online – including our extensive kids’ nursery and now womenswear for collection on a day of your choosing from one of the 57 participating stores.

How do I place an order?

Well, all you have to do is select a Click and Collect store, select the size of your favourite items to add to your bag and head to the checkout! Don’t forget to check out our online exclusives!

What products can be ordered via Click & Collect?

Our trial will offer you the chance to shop an extensive range of around 2,500 Primark products across kidswear, baby, nursery - and now womenswear! We’re bringing some of our bestselling items - often only seen in larger stores - to a wider range of customers.

Found something you’d like that’s not available to Click and Collect? You can use our stock checker tool to see if it’s available to buy in your chosen store when you pick up your order.

Can I return a Click & Collect product?

If you would like to return items purchased via Click and Collect, you can return to any store that currently offers Click and Collect for a refund. You can find the list of Click and Collect stores here.

Items being returned will need to be in the original re-saleable condition with tags on.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No need to create an account to place an order – just select the option to check out as a guest when you’re ready.

How many items can I add to my bag?

Each order can have up to a total of ten unique products with multiple items of each if required. Different sizes and different colours of the same product count as different unique products. Don’t forget you can create as many orders as you want for collection on the same day in your nominated store.
