How do I subscribe to your regular emails?

Signing up to our emails is easy, just follow the steps below:

1. Go to the email sign up page here and enter your email address into the "E-mail" field.
2. Click on "Submit". A confirmation message will show on screen.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the most recently received email. If you should change your mind, you can always subscribe again.

I received an email but didn’t sign up to anything how can I check this?

Please contact our customer service team here and they will be able to assist you further.

I subscribed but am not getting any emails

We recommend you double check the email address you subscribed with and then check your junk mail and add mail.primark.com to your safe senders list.

Cannot view pictures in the newsletter?

All emails include a view HTML version link which will allow you to view the email in a browser.
