Primark recalls 2pk Soother Clip – Baby Bear (Kimball no. 69489) and 2pk Soother Clip – Balloon (Kimball no. 80010)

We are recalling our products pictured above due to a safety issue.

Model: 2pk Soother Clip – Baby Bear (Kimball no. 69489) and 2pk Soother Clip - Balloon (Kimball no. 80010).

These were sold in Primark stores in the UK between June 2025 and August 2025 (Baby Bear) and between March 2025 and September 2025 (Balloon).

Why is this product dangerous?

We’ve learned the products do not meet our usual high safety standards. The products are not fully compliant to the relevant safety standards specific to soother clips.

What do you need to do?

Please stop using the product immediately. Please return the product to any of our Primark stores. It is not necessary to show proof of purchase.

Remedies

The returned product will be fully refunded.
