Neutrals Are The New Black
Neutrals are this year’s pastels and we promise there’s no need to panic. White, cream and pale blush clothing on little kids - nope, that’s not a typo! With the prospect of sunny days and warm evenings on everyone’s mind, this is the season for all things new, fresh and exciting. It’s all in the detail: floaty fabrics, lace trims, scalloped hems, ruffled edges and adorable accessories to match. Outfits that shout ‘we’re ready to take on anything’!
Of course, we’re still totally digging pastels and vibrant prints, but we’re also loving this muted take on spring statement-making. Delicate, airy and relaxed fabrics are essential when renewing and refreshing our wardrobes in prep for warmer weather. If the little ladies aren’t quite ready to dive head first into summer, or the weather won’t let them, (stop being stubborn Mr. Sunshine!) these soft shades and light denims have their name written all over them!
These flowing, white tunics are seriously angelic. In fact, we’re pretty sure we can see the glimmer of a halo floating over their curly locks, disguising all that pre-teen sass! Bardots and cold-shoulders are still going strong for SS17, and not just for mum’s wardrobe – we’re super excited for all the ruffles and frills that we’ve got in store for your little lady too! A strong statement shoe completes this trend, ensuring they’re ready for all Easter adventures. Think metallic mules, animal prints sandals and elegant espadrilles.
This trend couldn’t be more versatile, and with all those occasions and outdoor events the busy ladies have coming up, we’re sure to have the dress for it. Easy to glam up for formal Easter get-togethers, or down for relaxed garden chic – your girly girls will be looking on-point, whatever the weather! Chocolate filled hunts should never be avoided, with prices starting at just €4, it’s not the end of the world if they get a bit grubby!
