Primark gift cards can be bought in all our stores and online here .

You can buy either a physical Gift Card or a Digital Gift Card.

E-Gift Card Queries

E-gift cards can be bought online here. For any questions about our e-gifts, please visit our third party vendor website here.

Yes, you can do this from our Gift Card page here.

Where can I use my USA gift card?

USA Dollar plastic and e-gift cards can be redeemed in USA stores only. If your card is for euros or pounds but you live in the USA, please contact our customer service team here.

What will happen if I return an item bought with my gift card?

Customers returning items will see the refund returned to the physical gift card or e-gift card used to pay for the item.

What happens if my gift card is lost/stolen?

A gift card is like cash, so please be careful with it. Unfortunately we can't accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

Does my gift card expire?

Our Primark gift cards are valid for four years from the date of the last transaction.
