How do I subscribe to your regular emails?

Signing up to our emails is easy, just follow the steps below:

1. Go to the email sign up page here and enter your email address into the "E-mail" field.

2. Click "Submit". A confirmation message will show on screen.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the most recently received email. Changed your mind? You can always resubscribe.

I got an email but didn’t sign up to anything: how can I check this?

Please contact our customer service team here and they will be able to help you further.

I subscribed but am not getting any emails

We recommend you double check the email address you subscribed with, then check your junk mail and add mail.primark.com to your safe senders list.

Can't view pictures in the newsletter?

All emails include a View HTML Version link which will let you view the email in a browser.
