Leila’s Breakfast Bowls
During our stay at the villa I prepared breakfast for everyone, and part of this was my beloved Acai Bowl. I've just got used to eating things that I really enjoy and that my body wants. Balance is the key, that's what I've learnt. One day I may eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, the other day maybe a burger? The body takes what it needs. Have you ever thought that if you are happy from the inside, you are blissfully outgoing? Think about it 🙂
1 tablespoon of Acai powder
1 handful of frozen berries
50ml - 100ml almond or soya milk
Fruit, nuts and berries to top!
1) First of all, blend the banana to a smooth consistency
2) Add the frozen berries and Acai powder to taste
3) Add liquid (I choose almond or soya milk) of your choice and purify everything. If the 50ml was not enough for you then add in more a little at a time, but not too much as your toppings will sink to the bottom!
4) That's it! Ready to eat!
