It’s that wonderful time of year again folks, no not Christmas – we're so over that now – what we're talking about is even more exciting: reductions season! Boxing Day is just around the corner, which means you lovely people get to shop our amazing collections at discount prices in store.
Now, we know what you’re thinking – could Primark’s prices get any lower? Well, yes, in fact they can! Smaller prices will get more of you out and about, and rushing through our doors than normal. It’s going to get busy. Trust us. So, to help you out, we’ve compiled a limbering-up list to make sure you get your hands on as many bargains as possible, while surviving our reductions marathon. It might not be January yet, but it's sure time to get your workout on! From starting positions to the finish line. we’ve got you covered every step of the way. On your marks ladies and gents, the Primark discount sprint is about to begin.
They say shopping is the best form of cardio, so it’s essential that you start with a little bit of stretching. This price reduction extravaganza is going to be a pretty hard-core workout so preparation is key. Warm up those muscles by limbering up with some simple stretches. And why not start your own war cry to get yourself well and truly psyched, as you take on the shopping event of the year?!
Get a jog on...!
The Boxing Day reductions are about to begin so you want to get yourself down to store as quickly as possible to get a head start on the rest. Why not turn your jog into a sprint once you hit the aisles to ensure you are first to find the Primark pieces you’ve been searching for and take home a gold medal for savvy shopper of the year. If you think walking through the aisles is going to get you anywhere, think again. You’ve gotta run, Forrest!
Reaching for the last size...
All that stretching is about to pay off as your elongated limbs allow you to be in first place when it comes to nabbing that special item that’s only available in one remaining size – your size! YES! Imagine if the item is right at the back of the rails too! That’s bound to happen with all the other Primark-loving bargain hunters there that day.
When you’ve lost all of your mates...
Don’t fret! All you need to do is squat jump your way to success or at least until you find them amongst all the other shoppers. Repeat until your BFF is in sight and close enough that you can get their attention by shouting his or her name. And if you don’t end up locating them, who cares? At last you’ve made it to the winner’s podium so why not strike a pose with your full to bursting shopping bags. Yay! This is the point where you can really appreciate all that bargain hunting training that you put in and now reap the rewards. Rejoice in a lunge and why not do a few shopping bag reps in the process – we all know those bags are going to be weighty!
And…relax or collapse
If you feel like collapsing after all that crazy shopping, we suggest you collapse into a classic resting pose. This will calm you down in no time and at least allow you to get your breath back. After this you could actually be ready for round two or at the very least the journey home!
