About SCAP and ECAP
SCAP (the Sustainable Clothing Action Plan) and ECAP (the European Clothing Action Plan) are both coordinated by WRAP, a UK organisation working on creating a sustainable, resource-efficient economy. The ambition is to improve the sustainability of clothing across its lifecycle by bringing together industry, government and the third sector. The programmes aim to reduce resource use and secure recognition for corporate performance by delivering against sector-wide targets.
