Staying motivated is tough, but integrating exercise into your daily routine is key to keeping it up. Work out when it suits you and stick to the same times or days to give you a solid routine in turbulent times.

Recreate The Atmosphere

If you usually workout at the gym, recreating that environment at home can be tough. But a few easy tricks can help you get in the zone. Remove distractions like the TV and put on your treadmill playlist. Prep towels and water bottles too, just like at the gym.

Go Bright

Darker evenings and mornings are a great excuse to bust out your boldest, brightest workout gear. Adding a pop of color to your look or equipment is a good mood booster too.

Add Accessories

Resistance bands are perfect for amping things up, and jump ropes will get your adrenaline pumping. Took up running to get out in lockdown? Arm running bands and waist belts are must-haves for keeping your essentials safe while you pound the pavement.
