Our sizes are designed to fit the body measurements listed in the chart below. International sizes are also included to help you shop confidently worldwide. Our standard women’s sizes go from XXS to XXL, men’s from XS to XXXL, kids’ from 1.5–2 years to 14–15 years, and baby from 0–3M to 24–36M.
At Primark, we’re always working to improve the sizing and fit of our clothing, ensuring there’s something for everyone. To date, almost half of our womenswear and nightwear comes in sizes from 2XS to 2XL, and our menswear includes sizes from XS to 3XL across T-shirts and leisurewear. We've also extended our most popular bra ranges to include sizes from 28AA to 44H, with added features for extra comfort and support.
To improve sizing consistency and fit, we’re rolling out a new sizing model based on real body shape data, starting with women’s denim and expanding across more departments soon.

How to measure your body
To find your correct size, take your body measurements by following the guide below:
- Bust
Measure under your arms around the widest point of your chest.
- Waist
Measure around the natural waistline.
- Hips
With your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hip.
- Inside the leg
Start at the top of your inner thigh, where your leg meets your crotch, and measure straight down along the inside of your leg to the bottom of your pants hem.
- Height
Measure from the top of your head to the floor, standing upright.
Fabric and fit considerations
Finding the right fabric and fit is just as important as size. The key? Go for a combination that works with your lifestyle. Stretchy fabrics like Spandex give flexibility and comfort, perfect for active days. Rigid denim or tailored pants create a structured, polished look. Always consider the garment’s cut, too—slim fits contour the body for a sleek shape, while relaxed or regular fits allow more freedom of movement.
