Primark recalls “LXGIF DTR NBC Glow Col (Kimball no. 0309401)”

We are recalling our product pictured above due to a safety issue.

Model: Primark LXGIF DTR NBC Glow Col (Kimball no. 0309401).

This was sold in Primark stores in the UK between October 2024 and March 2025.

 

Why is this product dangerous?

We’ve learned the product does not meet our usual high safety standards. The product has been found to contain strontium and aluminium at levels higher than EU regulation permitted levels, and this may present a risk if ingested.

 

What do you need to do?

Please stop using the product immediately. Please return the product to any of our Primark stores. It is not necessary to show proof of purchase.

 

Remedies

The returned product will be fully refunded.
