Our adaptive collection's back and bigger than ever for 2025! The response to our first adaptive women’s underwear launch last year pushed us to go even further in our commitment to make adaptive, on-trend clothing accessible to as many people as possible.

Primark Adaptive clothing displays eight icons for accessibility features. These eight features are extra large pockets for devices, inner waistband pulls, stoma access, a magnetic zipper, accessible openings, pockets with tube access, a side seam-attached belt and tube access.

In 2025, we've expanded into adaptive menswear, adaptive womenswear, sleepwear and underwear, with 49 options created in collaboration with trailblazing fashion designer Victoria Jenkins.

Announcing her partnership with Primark and the launch of an adaptive fashion collection, she said: “I'm thrilled to be working with Primark as part of my mission to bring affordable adaptive fashion to Main Street.”

“By Primark recognizing the needs of the disabled and chronically ill community, and acting on it in such a meaningful way, is going to be life changing for millions of people. I'm excited to work with Primark to bring this to life.”

Adaptive Women’s Clothing

The expansion of our adaptive clothing collection has given us invaluable insight into our customers and their needs. For our February 2025 launch, this includes the introduction of seated pieces. Throughout womenswear and menswear, we’ve designed clothes for customers in seated positions, like wheelchair users, with considerations made to product length, hems and closures. Essentials like jeans, a sweater, a solid T-shirt and a wrap dress are just some of the seated options available.

The Adaptive Trench

A wardrobe hero? That's our beige adaptive trench coat. It comes in universal and seated designs, and both feature accessible openings like full length zippers with a ring pull to control exposure. On the front of the coat, we've used snaps instead of buttons, with magnets on the pockets to keep essentials secure. Comfort considerations, like attaching the belt at the side seam and removing the button from the storm flap on the back, were made to make sure our customers have on trend options that work with, not against, their daily routine. Our seated piece also has snaps on both side seams so the fit can be adjusted as required.

The Adaptive Hoodie and Sweatpants Set

Bridging the gap between daytime looks and sleepwear, our light brown adaptive hoodie and sweatpants set is great fashion with function. Snaps along the full length of the sleeve let the arm to be exposed as needed, while specially designed pockets include tube access and are large enough to fit everything from everyday essentials to medical devices. For customers with low dexterity, the end of the zipper at the front of the hoodie is magnetic and features a ring pull for ease of use.

The matching straight leg sweatpants have snaps from the knee down and on the pockets so that they sit flat against the body. Inner pull loops have been added to either side of the waistband to help the wearer putting them on — whether alone or with someone assisting.

Adaptive Women’s Sleepwear

Our women’s adaptive sleepwear is available in two timeless color palettes for this launch —  a heather gray ribbed capsule and a sage green capsule made with a minimum of 50% modal for a super soft feel on the skin. Throughout the collection, we've added snaps to the front of the tops, pants legs and on the sides of the nightgown, so that hem lengths can be adjusted as needed. To help at home, inner waistband pull loops have been added to the pants along with tube access holes.

The Adaptive Formal Shirt

A dressier shirt is an essential for your work or weekday wardrobe. Which is why we’ve adaptively redesigned the classic blue and white striped Oxford shirt. The Adaptive Jeans

Finding good-fitting jeans to easily put on and take off is just one of many challenges that we were made aware of when designing the collection. That's where our men’s adaptive jeans come in. At $20, the classic blue gives seasonless styling potential and has a lots of thoughtful design details. From accessible zip openings on the leg to inner waistband pulls and pockets with tube access, wear them with our adaptive plain tee or shirt for a cool, comfortable look.

Layer it over our adaptive men’s hoodie and sweatpants, both featuring the same accessible zipper and specially-designed pockets with tube access.
