Our adaptive range is back and bigger than ever for 2025! The response to our first adaptive women’s underwear launch last year pushed us to go even further in our commitment to make adaptive, fashion-forward clothing accessible to as many people as possible.
The range will be available in 31 stores nationwide and through the 113 UK stores offering Click & Collect from Tuesday 28th January.
2025 sees us expand into adaptive menswear, adaptive womenswear, nightwear and underwear, with 49 options that have been created in collaboration with trailblazing fashion designer Victoria Jenkins.
Victoria Jenkins is the founder of adaptive fashion brand Unhidden and leading advocate for disability inclusion. Using her own lived experience with chronic illness and disability and over 16 years’ experience in the fashion industry, she aims to help minimise the barriers of accessing adaptive clothing.
Announcing her partnership with Primark and the launch of an adaptive fashion collection, she said: “I am thrilled to be working with Primark as part of my mission to bring affordable adaptive fashion to the high street.”

Adaptive women’s clothing
The expansion of our adaptive clothing range has seen us gain invaluable insight into our customers and their needs. For our February 2025 launch, this includes the introduction of seated styles. Across womenswear and menswear, we’ve designed pieces for customers in seated positions, like those who use a wheelchair, with considerations made to product length, hems and fastenings. True wardrobe staples like ladies’ jeans, a knitted jumper, a plain T-shirt and a wrap dress are just some of the seated options available.
The adaptive trench coat
A wardrobe hero? Our beige adaptive trench coat. It comes in universal and seated designs, and both feature accessible openings like full length zips with a ring puller to control exposure. On the front of the coat, poppers have been used instead of buttons, while magnets have been added to the pockets to keep belongings secure. Comfort considerations like attaching the belt at the side seam and removing the button from the storm flap on the back were made to ensure our customers have fashion forward options that work with, not against, their daily routine. Our seated style also includes poppers on both side seams so that the fit can be adjusted as required.
The adaptive hoodie & jogger set
Bridging the gap between daytime outfits and nightwear, our light brown adaptive hoodie and jogger set is perfect for those who want fashion and functionality. Poppers along the full length of the sleeve allow the arm to be exposed as needed, while specially designed pockets include tube access and are large enough to fit everything from everyday essentials to medical devices. For customers with low dexterity, the end of the zip at the front of the hoodie is magnetic and features a ring puller for ease of use.
The matching straight leg jogging bottoms feature poppers from the knee down and on the pockets so that they sit flat against the body. Inner pull loops have been added to either side of the waistband to aid the wearer in putting them on — whether by themselves or someone assisting with dressing.
Adaptive women’s nightwear
Our women’s adaptive nightwear is available in two timeless colour palettes for this launch — a grey marl ribbed range and a sage green range made with a minimum of 50% modal fabric for a super soft feel on the skin. Across the ranges, poppers have been added to the front of the tops, legs of the trousers and on the sides of the nightdress, so that hem lengths can be adjusted as needed. To help you at home, inner waistband pull loops have been added to the trouser options along with tube access holes.
Adaptive women’s lingerie
Comfort and ease are key underwear criteria, which is why our seamless adaptive mini brief, seamless cropped bra, plunge lace bralette and adaptive period pants are made from a soft fabric and feature discreet magnetic hook fastenings. Both bras have been designed with accessible front fastenings for comfort and ease of dressing.
Adaptive menswear
Alongside everyday wardrobe staples, our menswear adaptive clothing range features sportswear and outerwear too, with selected options designed for those in seated positions, like wheelchair users.
The adaptive smart shirt
A smart shirt is an essential whether it’s your work or weekday wardrobe, which is why we’ve adaptively redesigned the classic blue and white striped Oxford shirt. Discreet tube access details feature in the chest pocket and poppers have been added to the front of the shirt and on the cuffs to replicate a classic button-down style. Shorter hems and sleeves have also been included for our seated option.
The adaptive jean
Finding a pair of well-fitting jeans that can be easily put on and taken off is just one of many challenges that we were made aware of when designing the range. Enter: our men’s adaptive jean. Priced at £14, the classic blue hue offers seasonless styling potential and has a plethora of thoughtful design details. From accessible zip openings on the leg, to inner waistband pulls and pockets with tube access, simply team with our adaptive plain tee or shirt for a stylish and comfortable look.
The adaptive cargo trouser
Mix up your trouser rotation with our khaki adaptive cargo trousers. Including the same tube access and inner waistbands details, these stylish cargos also have a smart side zip waistband and extra-large pockets.
The adaptive gilet
A gilet is a great layering piece for the colder months and transitional periods. Like our women’s adaptive hoodie and jogger set, our gilet front zip is designed with a magnetic end and ring puller to make it easier to fasten. Layer it over our adaptive men’s hoodie and jogger duo, both featuring the same accessible zip and specially designed pockets with tube access.
Adaptive men’s nightwear
Across menswear, our grey nightwear options offer versatility without sacrificing style or quality. In our dressing gown, you’ll find an accessible zip opening on the sleeves and a thumb hole for tubes, wires and ease of dressing. The waistband tie is attached at the side of the gown to avoid any discomfort when seated and the extra-large pockets offer plenty of room.
Adaptive men’s underwear
New to our adaptive underwear range for 2025 — styles for men. Introducing the adaptive brief and the adaptive trunk. Both feature inner waist band pulls for ease of dressing and discreet tube access holes for when you need them most. Available in black and as a pack of three, they’re made using a minimum of 50% modal to wick away moisture and keep you as comfortable as possible.
