How does Click and Collect work?

Step 1

Browse the extensive womens, mens, kids, baby and home Click and Collect products, then select your chosen store to be able to add them to your virtual basket.

Step 2

Once you've added all items to your bag and checked out online, choose your preferred collection day for free and then collect from a dedicated collection point at your nominated store.

Step 3

As soon as your order is ready to collect, you’ll be notified via email and text message, and you can make your way to your chosen store for collection.

Step 4

Make your way to the signposted collection point where one of our friendly customer assistants will hand over your Click and Collect order. Psst, you can skip the queues by buying any additional items here too - win win!

Our Click and Collect service offers you the chance to shop an extensive range of womens, mens, kids, baby and home products. Found something you’d like that’s not available for Click and Collect? You can use our stock checker tool to see if it’s available to buy in your chosen store when you pick up your order and add it to your virtual shopping list.

How much will it cost to Click and Collect my order?

Click and Collect is free of charge with a minimum order value of £10. Simply pay for your order online and collect it from our designated collection points in store. Should you find extra bits you need in store when you visit, you’ll be able to pay for them at the same checkout when you collect your order.
