How Does Click and Collect Work? 

Step 1

• Browse our extensive Primark Womens, Kids, Baby and Nursery click and collect product offering on our website and add the items you wish to buy to your virtual basket.

Step 2

• You can browse the ranges and checkout online, choose your preferred collection day for free and then collect from a dedicated collection point at your nominated store.

 Step 3

• As soon as your order is ready to collect you’ll be notified via email and text message and you can make your way to your chosen store for collection.

Psst! For the full Primark offering remember to browse in-store, you’ll be able to pay for any extras that catch your eye at our dedicated Click and Collect collection point too!

Step 4

• Make your way to the signposted collection point where one of our friendly customer assistants will hand over your Click and Collect order and checkout any extra items you wish to buy.

Which Stores Are Included?

Which Products Are Available To Click And Collect?

Our trial offers you the chance to shop an exclusive range of Primark womenswear, kidswear, baby and nursery products that won’t be available in-store. Including womenswear wardrobe staples, character favourites, nursery furniture and much more. Found something you’d like that’s not available to Click and Collect? You can use our stock checker tool to see if it’s available to buy in your chosen store when you pick up your order and add it to your virtual wish list.

How Much Will It Cost To Click And Collect My Order?

Click and Collect is free of charge with a minimum order value of £10. Simply pay for your order online and collect it from our designated collection points in store. Should you find extra bits you need in store when you visit, you’ll be able to pay for it at the same checkout when you collect your order.

How Can I Return My Click And Collect Order?

It’s easy! You can return items bought via Click and Collect to any of our Click and Collect stores.

• Looking for specific sizes, colours or styles? Use the Filters on the left hand side of the page to narrow down your search by colour, price, size and product type.

• Finally, use the drop down on the right-hand side of the page to change the order of your results by Relevance, Newest and Price.
