About Keith Haring
Famous in the 1980’s for his underground Pop Art prints, Keith Haring (1958-1990) was an openly proud gay man who spent his artistic career supporting vulnerable children in the LGBTQIA+ community. Today, the Keith Haring Foundation continues his legacy. Using his creations, the foundation partners with charities to bring awareness to safe sex and HIV, as well as funding publications to share his work and philosophy around the world.
“Art should be something that liberates your soul, provokes the imagination and encourages people to go further”.
